Group Chat Messaging

I am currently having difficulties receiving group chat messages. I was added to a group chat with people I didn't have as contacts and whenever a message was sent to the group chat, I would receive the message as a conversation just between the sender and I. I didn't have this problem on my previous Apple device. How do I fix this problem?

Group chat messages send individually Group messaging has always worked for me until recently. Almost every time someone texts in our group chat I get the message individually. And if I try to text in the group everyone else gets my message individually as well. I’ve tried making a new chat and everything else I can think of. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Not able to receive messages from new group chat. Why am I not able to receive any messages when added to a new group chat? The group has one Andriod and the rest are apple users. When I asked one of the members to call my number from the group chat, it wouldn't go through. This has happened to me multiple times and it is getting very frustrating. I checked if my SMS and group chat settings were on and they were. I can receive messages from all other group chats and contacts just fine. Please help

Group Messaging Issues Hello! So, when I try to chat in my group messages, it says ‘Not Delivered’ immediately. Another thing that’s happened when this issue started is that when my friends chat in these group chats, their messages appear in my direct messages from them. I’ve tried finding solutions for this, but nothing seems to work. I’ve also tried seeing if I have MMS messaging on and then seeing if Group Messaging was on aswell, but they are both on and I don’t know what to do.

When you go to settings>messages>do you have MMS messaging and Group messages turned on? Are you with the same carrier you were? Is the person who added you using iPhone or Android? Is the group ONLY iPhone devices? if it was only iPhone they can add you to a group if not then you cannot be added to a group.
