MacOS Mojave - Bluetooth randomly disconnecting

Hi,

My mouse and keyboard keep disconnecting randomly and to reset the computer i have a keyboard where the top right hand corner is not the power button but is a cd eject button so i don't believe the resetting instructions are helping me here

can you please help?
