my iPhone 7 Plus doesn’t have FaceTime, I search the AppStore and I couldn’t find it so then I searched it on google and it took me back to the AppStore where it said that the device doesn’t have to specific features for the app. I update the iPhone and everything but it still doesn’t show up

Doesn't matter where you live. Any phone purchased in Dubai will not have Facetime and it cannot be enabled in a country where Facetime is permitted. You won't be able to use Facetime on that phone in Ireland. Sorry.

Where did this phone come from? If it was made for some Middle Eastern countries, it won't have Facetime.
I think my father bought it in Dubai but I live in Ireland now so would i be able to get it if I change my region?
