I purchased a new IPhone and now I cant send emails on my iPad. I can receive emails but I get an error message that my username and password is incorrect on outgoing emails. My IPhone is ok to receive and send emails.

If manually setting-up your email account, you must enter your password in two places...
Settings > Passwords & Accounts > [account name] > Account > SMTP > [Primary Server name] > Password
Settings > Passwords & Accounts > [account name] > Account > Password
Try to go into the settings, passwords and accounts, remove then re-add your mail account info on the ipad.
