screen time passcode
I do not remember having set a screen time passcode. Now I need to reset the phone to factory settings and it's asking me for this code. How do I find it?

If you don't remember it, then you will have to put the device into Recovery Mode and restore it to factory. If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
You will not be able to restore a backup since the passcode is in the backup.
