I bought an iphone 11 pro from UAE. The shop manager where i bought the phone told me when i'd enter my region sim card then the facetime app would be available in app store. I've tried everything, but i haven't managed to get the facetime app. Any other solutions?

You can use FaceTime over Wi-Fi1 or over cellular on supported iOS or iPadOS devices2. FaceTime isn’t available or might not appear on devices purchased or used in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and Pakistan.

I did some research and found that the model that i was given is MWC52AE/A which doesnt have facetime? Is that possible? Can I change the phone in my home country for a new one?
