Apple Pay Not Working

So a while ago I lost my phone and had to use the “find my iPhone” app. I found my phone and needed to use Apple Pay but it said I had to log into my iCloud account before doing so. I put my password in and even tried changing it but it still won’t let me use Apple Pay. Has anyone had this problem before and knows how to fix it?
