Help! IMessage and FaceTime won't activate on any of my devices!

I have an Early 2015 13' MacBook Pro on macOS 10.15.3 and an iPhone 5 on IOS 10.3.4. When I attempt to activate iMessage or FaceTime on either of them, they say "Activation unsuccessful. Please try again." Any way to fix this? I think it has something to do with my Apple ID.
