You also burn calories without any activity, for example standing or sitting.

My count at the moment, 315/530 (active cal/goal cal) and a total of 1450cal.

That's 315 cal burnt during walking 1km to the nearest post office, recorded as "Training activity" and the 1135cal were burnt by walking around, sitting at the desktop, climbing stairs etc. So in my case, 315+1135cal=1450
