If i buy iphone 11 from apple store in dubai does the facetime will work normally in egypt?

because dubai doesnt support facetime

No, if the phone originated from a region where it's banned, that phone will not have FaceTime no matter where you take it.

stevejobsfan0123: Egypt used to sell iPhones with the same country code as the UAE and FaceTime enabled locally. This is why the SIM card method may enable it.
