I forgot my screen time passcode and now i can't erase the settings. Please help me...

The only way to deal with a forgotten Screen Time passcode is to restore the device to factory and set it up as new, not using a backup. See the instructions here, If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
