iPhone has been received

I have received a message from Apple saying:

"Apple customer,

Your lost iPhone XR has been received at the Apple store see location:

https://apple.com-id-sign.in/FMI/?auth=iPhone

Apple Support"

However, when I click on the link it doesn't show.

I had lost my iPhone in October but removed the device from my account a few weeks ago as I was getting messages constantly that my phone had been activated in Algiers, Algeria.

How do I find the location?

Thank you.

It's a scam and didn't come from Apple.
