Damaged screen from apple

I recently returned an iPad Pro 10.5 for trade in. Apple did not give me credit because they said there was a damaged LCD screen. I requested they return it to me. Once I received it I noticed that the very small blemish was much larger. Apple should repair this since it was smaller before I sent it off for trade in.

I don’t believe it’s apple that does it but a third party they contract with.

That said this is a user to user forum so we can’t help you here. I would suggest that you contact Apple directly and proceed from there
