The current version of Photoshop should work with Catalina.

Is Photoshop elements 13 compatible with Catalina Is Photoshop elements 13 compatible with Catalina? I bought it when I had High Sierra, but it was not compatible with High Sierra. Now that I have Catalina, I was hoping to install it now so that I didn't have to buy another version.

Catalina is supporting my Photoshop 2020 just fine. What version of Photoshop are you using?

None that I know of. It is difficult for one person to say that they’ve explored every one of the features of Photoshop, as it would probably take a couple of years for that.
