I upgraded my software from Mojave to Catalina and my editing software isn't supported by it yet. I am at work and need the quickest solution

Restore from your Time Machine backup:
Easy to do, but you will lose everything you have. There is a great link on Macworld ( https://www.macworld.co.uk/how-to/mac-software/downgrade-macos-3581872/ ) that details what you should do.
Just make sure you save your work and have some other way like a tablet or phone to follow the instructions.
Thank you for the response, but I would be out of commission for even longer if I had to re-install everything
I need to go back to Mojave from Catalina ASAP.. Help
