I can't find my playlists

I just downloaded iTunes on my laptop (Windows-based). I cannot find the songs that I have purchased. I thought that it would be nice to listen to my music while working without having to use my phone. Can anyone tell me where to find my songs?

You need to sign into your account in the iTunes programme (on the PC) and then download the songs to your iTunes Library on the computer.
