Can't copy and paste folders to Macintosh Drive

I can't copy and paste folders to Macintosh Drive, also I can't create new folders.

I noticed also from the Get Info section of the folders that there's something called system that has Read and Write authority while I myself the admin has Read Only authority.

PLEASE HELP!!!

Correct. Write access to that drive is now prohibited.
