For family sharing, add payment method says “This payment method has already been added to your account” but attempt to remove expired payment card gets “Unable to Remove, Family organizer requires at least one payment on file” WHAT NEXT?
Are two credit cards showing in your billing information? If so, can you change the order of the credit cards as explained in the article below, and then delete the expired card?

Eric !! Thank you for responding. There weren’t two showing, and even though I couldn’t resolve this in Settings, I was able to change the card info—but I now can’t remember how I got to the full page of my Apple ID information where I simply changed the card info and saved it. I wish I’d been paying better attention.
