Apple would not call you like that for sure

Sounds like someone trying to scam you out of money or information.

I am not Apple. And that is a phone number apple can be contacted on from Mexico(as far as I can see). But that does not mean it is not a scam if someone called you from that number. You can spoof inbound call numbers.
