I need to download Microsoft Word on my computer but it said I needed to update my computer in order to download it. So, I updated it but it only updated to 10.12 and I need at least 10.13 to download it, but it won't give me that option. How do I update it?

What year and model Mac do you have? That would determine how far you can update.
The current OS upgrade is on the App Store. If you want a previous OS upgrade, you need to get it from the Apple Support site.
