How do i get my screen time passcode

My iphone is screen time locked i cant get into any of my apps i cant reset my phone. Is there anyway of unlocking it i dont know the passcode my daughter set it

Once a Screen Time passcode is forgotten, the iPhone must be erased and set up as new.

Restoring a backup reinstates the forgotten passcode and restarts the problem.
