update problems
How can I get my Apple TV updated? We keep getting a message stating it can’t update at this time. Please try again.
Ww even reset to factory settings.

Restart and then attempt to update. If that does not work, then Reset and then attempt to update. If that still does not work, check your network, it may be interfering somehow. If you still cannot get it, take it to your local Apple Store or independent Apple Authorized Service Provider to get updated.
