How to alter the Ken Burns effect within Photos for Mac?

I need to alter where the Ken Burns effect focuses in each photo of my slideshow or project within the Photos application... does anyone know how to do that?

It's easy once you know where to click. Took me a while to find it:

The adjustment can be applied to each slide individually.
