My iphone8 will not back up to the cloud. I have upgraded my storage from 5GB to 50 but it still will not back up.

An iCloud backup could take days to upload.
How big is your backup?
Not sure. How do I find that out?
How much storage is available on your device?
If it's over 50GB's you can't move it to iCloud.
I have 50GB of storage and I'm useing 4.1GB so far.
How much storage does your device use?
19.7GB out of 64GB
It would take my internet service about 40 hours to back up that big of file.
How long have you waited?
I hit man back up now and it estimates the time to be about 15 minutes. It never completes the process though.
