Unknown access apple ID

Hi there,

I received an email saying that someone has logged into apple account.

I have tried to go in and change my password, by answering the security questions. however it say I have tried too many times. Which i haven't.

I haven't had an iPhone for approx. 7 years now.

Could you please assist on what to do.
