Any such call is a scam. Apple does not call users from out of the blue.

I too am getting calls that my account has been breached. So far I have already received 14 calls with the same message. I believe it is a Robo call but figured I better check and make sure.
Thank you for replying. I was suspicious so I called the 800 line from the Apple site and they told me the same thing. I had a lot of voicemails saying the same - I never picked up.
