Can spouses share one Apple Card or we both need our own?

Sharing an Apple Id is not recommended. The Card is designed to be used by one person (Apple ID) only.

Apple cards are assigned to an Apple ID. If you are using one ID, you can share. If you have different IDs, you each need your own card.
