New iPhone 11 - Files App storage is wrong

I have a new iPhone 11 and my storage estimate seems wonky as I've not added anything. It appears all to be in the files app. According to my settings, I have 37.7 gb of storage used. When I click in, the Files app shows 19.38 gb of documents. However, inside the Files app itself, I can find nothing to account for this large amount of data. Am I missing something? I've checked all my other apps and I have no large files I can find on my phone anywhere.

Thanks in advance.

Ok, so on a whim I deleted the Files app and reinstalled it and the problem resolved. I'm leaving this here in case anyone else has the same issue as I could not find an answer anywhere using google-fu.
