Free year of Apple TV+

I bought a new Apple TV4K 3 days ago and can’t get my free year of Apple TV+. What should I do next? Kindly advice

Get Apple TV+ free for one year - Apple

and you still do not get to see the year offer, then contact Apple Support for assistance. They can help to get you the intended service.
