Delete payment method

Added a card to my payment method, and now I can’t delete it. Say there is an active subscription and payment can not be deleted, but I don’t have any subscription on my phone?

Purchases - View, change, or cancel your subscriptions


Purchases - Subscriptions not billed through Apple
