ipad smart keyboard not working

I am just an Apple product user here, just like you!

Stuff happens.

People fail to realise that no matter the company or product, nothing we humans make, in the entire world, is perfect.

Stuff has issues, breaks, fails to work in some fashion and can happen to some small percentage/minority of products/devices.

Especially so with mass produced products.

This can happen with any other consumer electronics products and not just specific to Apple.

Mine stopped working after I updated iOS. It’s really annoying as it’s just gone out of warranty. I went to the Genius Bar and after a lot of messing about and rebooting etc was told to buy a new one. Not impressed with Apple

Time to bring your iPad and smart keyboard into your nearest, “local” Apple Store for diagnosis, evaluation and potential options.
