My AirPods work fine for a few minutes and it disconnects

My AirPods work perfectly fine for a few minutes and it disconnects and then when I reconnect it only my left one works I’ve tried to repair them multiple times and the problem keeps on repeating itself

can anyone help me please

Airpods So my left airpods seems to be having issues because for some reason it only works for a minute then it will disconnect or just not play anymore and when i put it back in the casa it works but only for another minute and it will just do the same thing
