Can I change the organizer for family sharing?

I don’t believe it is possible, once created, to change the organiser of a family sharing group. Instead, I believe it is necessary to “break” the group (removing its members) - and then create a new family sharing group with a new organiser.

I’m sure another contributor will be along shortly - to confirm this - or, if incorrect, to offer an alternative solution.
