Hi All, we upgraded to catalina and now my office programs don't work anymore. When upgrading those, my existing license is not recognized. Any tips?

If you are attempting to use Office 2008/2011 for Mac, they are 32-bit office suites and Catalina only supports 64-bit applications. You will need to talk to Microsoft about either transferring, or obtaining a new license for either the current Office 365 subscription, or the single-purchase Office 2019 for Mac — which are supported on Catalina.
