search feature in Music on a Mac

when searching for a song or band within 'Your Library', is there a way to not be pulled out of the song list in my library or playlist? it automatically takes me to the 'iTune Store'-like options of song/artist/album, then I have to navigate back into my tracklist. its driving me crazy
