I can't access my emails on iPhone. Password incorrect. How do I change this?

reset your password on whatever service hosts your email
failing that make sure you have a backup of your mail somewhere other than your iphone
go to Settings>Passwords & Accounts and delete the account.
then recreate the account with the correct password
