Imac won’t start

My Imac 27” doesn’t start up at all. No noise either. It was fine last time I used it.

Socket is fine. I unplugged, plugged, held power button for 10 seconds and nothing. Anything else I can try?

Also, would it be possible to recover photos and videos from it even if it’s not working? (That’s all I care about really)

iMac 27", OS X 10.11

Please click If your Mac doesn't turn on or start up - Apple Support for basic troubleshooting steps. If you exhaust all of the steps and it still will not startup then you will need to take it to either your local Apple Store or independent AASP for servicing.
