Hi!
I have a problem, I have filmed some videos on my Iphone 8. When I try to import them to my Macbook air with my ''lightning-cable'' (that I also can charge my phone with) I can't. It says the movies valid format or valid data.
My phone is all updated and my computer to.

You may have failed to notice the format on the videos uses a more modern codec that is not available to older computers.
Switch the format to Most Compatible until you update your computer to 10.15.2.

Right.
You're using an older Mac OS that can't play the modern format.
Update it to Catalina and you can.
How do I change the format?
Look under Settings on the device.
I changed the format, and tried to film a new video, and then it worked!
But I still can't import the other videos from yeasterday...
