How do you clean a charger port iPad or iPhone without damaging it? Apple says “clean it” and does not say how.

Hi,

You can use a soft brush to try and get dirt out. You can also, very carefully, use a toothpick wrapped in cotton wool -- but make sure to take extra care so that you don't damage the charging port.

In addition, you can buy kits online so you can safely clean it.
