i feel a prob with ipad than i go to service centre and after 2 days they said..there a prob and they give me a replacement of it ..but always they replace my only ipad..without its accessories..anybody can tell me is that really happend when they give a replacement it is fully new unit ..not repaired of others..
if apple replacing its device so they need full accessories and its box also..and replace with full pack box..there is nothing happend..in india here is a b2x compny who giving service to apple product..but i think this is not working properly
Usually you only take in/send in/leave the device itself. Not the accessories because it is too tough to keep track of all the bits and pieces.
