how to downgrade from Catalina

Seems if you are up to date on Catalina which is 10.15.2, you cannot download Mohave at all. At least on my new MacBook Pro I can't as it tells me it's old software.

Catalina upgrade? If I upgrade to Catalina and don't like it, is it easy to downgrade to Mojave? If so, how would I do it? I've hated Mojave since the day I installed it, but at the time, I couldn't find instructions for downgrading to the previous version that were simple enough for a non-techie to try without risking other problems. I'm afraid that by upgrading to Catalina, I may be jumping out of the frying pan into the fire. Thanks.

How do I downgrade from macOS Big Sur to mac OS Catalina? Hi everyone, I'm using the MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015) with the macOS Big Sur operating system, but I want to go back to macOS Catalina (downgrade).
