MacBook Pro 2016 stops playing any media after some time from turning on

So, I'm dealing with this problem about months. My MacBook Pro 2016 after some hours of using it suddenly stops playing any media, I mean: youtube videos, spotify, even mp3 files and videos (those I have downloaded, as well as those in every browser: chrome, safari, firefox). Only way to fix this is to restart mac, but it's not really comfortable when you are working to restart mac every several hours.
