Reminder roll back

Can I roll back Reminder upgrade? I have upgraded the Reminder App on my Mac but lost my Reminder list on iPhone (ios 10.3.4). So want to roll back upgrade on my Mac so the phone and Mac synchronise as before. Help appreciated.
