Please help me unlock my iPad. Been looked for 2 years now

If you are the original owner of the device, you can take it with the original receipt to an Apple Store and they may be able to help. If you are not the original owner, you will never be able to use the device without the Apple ID and Password of the original owner.

It this doesn't help, find the original purchase receipt with the iPad serial number on it and present it and the iPad to you Apple Store Genius Bar for assistance.
Now, if you are not the original buyer and you don't know who's Apple ID is tied to the iPad, only they can help you.
