Keyboard problems after downloading updates

Some of the numbers and letters on my keyboard will not work since I downloaded the latest update for my Mac. Can an anyone help?

Which ones exactly? That is vital info. If they are 789uiojkl, it means you have accidentally activated Mouse Keys in Accessibility preferences.
