I have purchased several movies over a period of 2+ years on my iphone XR and lately the movies i have purchased won’t play or download at all on any of my apple devices. They show as purchased but will never play or download, i’ve adjusted my wifi and restarted my devices but still the same outcome, Any suggestions or feedback is greatly appreciated !

Do you get any (error) messages when trying to play these movies?
If it happens with a particular title, then that source file may be the issue. But if it happens for all movies, then you have to further examine the network connectivity.
Try on another network (friend, neighbor, store).
Try on another device, on your own home network.
