Any way to change the default image/shape arrangement?

Anyone ever found a way to alter the default "Move-with-Text/Automatic-Text-Wrap" when adding an image or shape to a Pages document?

For my needs, that's never been a useful Object Placement arrangement, and I always change it to "Stay-on-Page/None-Text-Wrap"

I suspect the answer is "no" but worth checking with the latest v8.2.1. Thank you.
