download all my files from the cloud after erasing.

Hi, I took my MacBook to the Apple Store. They did a diagnostic check and erased the whole computer. I've somehow got the stuff that I saved to iCloud to show up on my desktop, but not all of it is downloaded. Is there a way to do a mass download, or do I have to go into each file and press to download them individually?

Have you allowed a couple of days for the sync to complete?

Try going to System Preferences/iCloud (Apple ID for Catalina) and stop syncing by unchecking the box. Wait a couple of minutes, then check syncing. Allow time for the sync to complete.

Last resort  - have you tried signing out of iCloud and then sign back in?
