2011 Macbook Pro not booting

2011 Macbook Pro not booting. Upon start up,

the computer chimes then the progress bar makes it about 2/3 across the screen.

I found a thread that said to hold option/command/R together. This brought me

to a rotating globe which asked for my wifi. I typed my password and after a

little while the globe was still on the screen with -2003F written very small

below. Any idea what's up?

MacBook Pro 17", macOS 10.13

Have you had any issues prior to not booting up? What 2011 model is it? Screen flickers, black screen, lines in your screen, sudden reboot, etc? I assume you are running macOS 10.13.6? You can also try if it will boot into safe mode which does some check up routines and only uses Apple software and extensions.
