Not receiving refund

I requested a refund for an app and then got an email that I have been refunded my money, yet I haven’t actually BEEN REFUNDED. Although Apple says I have been refunded, I have not. When I go onto my iTunes account, I still do not have the money back. I have tried reaching Apple however that hasn’t worked. Someone please help.

It appears Apple have processed a refund from their side.


How long have you been waiting for your refund to come into your bank account?


It could take about a week from when the refund was processed by Apple, but this depends on how long your bank takes to process payments into your account.
